PAYMENT TERMS

CO LABEL APS accepts payment with Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been shipped.

All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.

CO LABEL APS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means your information cannot be read by unauthorized parties.

Delivery

CO LABEL ships orders several times weekly, and you can expect delivery within 1–4 days, excluding public holidays and weekends. During busy periods, delivery times may be longer. You will receive an email or SMS when your order has been shipped.

CO LABEL APS uses GLS or DHL for shipping.

RETURN POLICY

Right to Make a Complaint (Warranty Claims)

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.

CO LABEL APS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent in the event of a valid warranty claim.

Packages sent cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

Refunds

If a refund has been agreed upon, your original payment method will be used for the refund.

Right of Withdrawal / Returns

A full 14-day return policy applies to goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order.

Return shipping costs must be paid by you. If you qualified for free shipping through a minimum purchase amount, the original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund in the event of a return.

Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the shipment must be returned no later than 14 days after notifying us of the cancellation.

Missing or damaged goods must be reported no later than 14 days after receipt. Otherwise, the right to file a complaint regarding missing or damaged goods will expire.

Notification must be sent by email to return@colabel.dk. In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and include it with your return. You can find it here:

Condition of the Item When Returned

You are only liable for any reduction in the item’s value caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you may test the item in the same way you would in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that in the event of cancellation, you may only receive part of — or none of — the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.

To receive a full refund, you may only do what would normally be permitted in a physical store. You may test the item, but not use it in actual practice.

Return of Hygiene Products

For health and hygiene reasons, special conditions apply to certain products. Baby bottles, pacifiers, and other products classified as particularly sensitive hygiene products can only be returned in unopened, sealed, and intact original packaging.

If the seal has been broken, the right of withdrawal expires and the item cannot be returned.
