General Campaign Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to CO LABEL campaigns and promotional offers unless otherwise stated in the specific campaign text.

1. Organizer
   Campaigns are offered by CO LABEL, Store Strandstræde 5, 1255 Copenhagen K, Denmark.

2. Campaign period
   Campaigns are valid only during the period stated in CO LABEL’s communication (e.g. newsletter, social media, website). CO LABEL may shorten, extend, or end any campaign at any time without prior notice in case of technical issues, misuse, or other legitimate reasons.

3. Where the campaign applies
   It will be stated in each campaign whether it applies:

   • online at colabel.dk,

   • in-store at Store Strandstræde 5, Copenhagen,

   • or both.
     Unless otherwise stated, campaigns do not apply to gift cards, shipping, previous purchases, or purchases made through retailers.

4. What the campaign includes
   The specific campaign description will always state which products or categories are included (e.g. “selected items”, “all items”, “selected brands” etc.). CO LABEL reserves the right to exclude certain items or brands, including new collections, specially priced items, or limited editions.

5. Limitations per customer
   Individual campaigns may specify limitations, such as “one per customer”, maximum quantities per order, or per household. In case of suspected misuse (for example multiple orders using the same address/email/payment method primarily to exploit a promotion), CO LABEL reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders.

6. Discount codes and combining promotions

   • Discount codes must generally be entered at checkout and cannot be added to an order after it has been completed, unless CO LABEL explicitly states otherwise.

   • Campaigns cannot usually be combined with other discount codes, sales, or offers, unless clearly stated in the campaign material.

   • Discounts and benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

7. Stock and errors
   All campaigns are valid only while stocks last. In case of out-of-stock items, pricing errors, printing errors, or technical issues (including system errors in price calculation), CO LABEL may cancel an order in whole or in part. Any amounts already paid for cancelled items will be refunded.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal
   CO LABEL’s standard return and complaint policies apply unless a campaign specifically states otherwise (for example special conditions for sale or outlet items). In case of returns, the amount actually paid (after discounts) will be refunded. Any campaign benefits may be revoked if the conditions for receiving them are no longer fulfilled after a return.

9. Personal data
   When participating in campaigns, CO LABEL may process personal data (such as name, email address, postal address) in accordance with applicable legislation and CO LABEL’s privacy policy, available on colabel.dk.

10. Changes to terms
    CO LABEL may update these general campaign terms and conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on colabel.dk and will apply to ongoing and future campaigns, unless otherwise stated.

11. Governing law and venue
    Purchases and campaigns are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts, with the City Court of Copenhagen as the agreed venue, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation.
